Project

The building is in two sections 1 and 2, both of them having a ground floor and five residential floors. There are 44 apartments consisting of studio and 1 bedroom ranging from 35 to 64.71 sq.m. All the apartments have a view towards either the sea or the swimming pool. There is a swimming pool with children's section. On the roof-tops there will be summer gardens with a panoramic view. Construction and technologies

The structure of the buildings is monolithic made of reinforced concrete, as the walls are nade of brick. The outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5 cm thermo isolation BAUMIT. The rooftops of the buildings are flat. The luxury complex is built-up with quality materials and with modern technology. During the construction are used natural materials - stairs are made ??of natural granite. The territory around the complex was laid natural stone for multiannual use.
