Location: The village of Belogradets is a part of Vetrino municipality, Varna region, north-eastern Bulgaria. It is located about 10 km from the nearest road junction with the Hemus highway, about 10 km from the municipal center - village of Vetrino, about 20 km from the towns of Novi Pazar and Kaspichan, about 40 km from the city of Shumen and about 60 km from the city of Varna and from the sea coast. The population numbers to approximately 1500 people.
