The blocks of flats with apartments for seasonal use "Vista del Mar" are situated in the village of Ravda. The plot is 1354 m2 large.
The volumetric composition of the building is in the shape of a telescopic prism which provides each apartment with a direct sea view. There are apartments on the ground-floor, on the three main residential floors and on the roof floor. The main volume begins 5 meters from the street-line and four shops are projected in the space next to the street-line. The building will be accessible from a controlled entrance, a staircase and a lift.
The building includes 36 apartments, 28 of them are with one bedroom, a living-room, a kitchenette and a bathroom, and eight apartments have two bedrooms, a living-room with a kitchenette and two bathrooms.
