The town of Balchik is situated on the Northern parts of the Black seaalt coast, 28km. away from Varna and 40km. away from Kavarna, which is a host of spectacular summer music festival with mucisians from all over the world.

The project
The "Garden Palace" has an enclosed structure and unbelievable panoramic view to the sea. The complex consists of two buildings, integrating six sectors in a common park area.
