Not far from the villa is one of the largest monasteries in southern Bulgaria - the Holy Trinity Monastery. There are several local shops, cafes, a church, a post office, a local health center in the village. Suitable for tourism are the Tundzha River with its picturesque gorge, suitable for rafting.
